Welcome to TRVL (the "App"), a travel buddy application provided by TRVL ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, such as your profile information and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

We reserve the right to review, monitor, or remove any user-generated content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of TRVL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRVL, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
